Now more than ever, leaders must be equipped with skills to lead effectively through rapid change, increasing complexity and ambiguity. Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, agility, and resilience - so-called “soft” skills - are absolutely necessary for effective leadership and thriving organizations.
For many years, I’ve guided leaders and teams through major organizational transformations including re-orgs, mergers & acquisitions, technology upgrades, and culture change. I've witnessed the influence that one leader can make (positively or negatively) and I've personally experienced the effects of burnout and change fatigue.
I partner with leaders who are navigating complexity and uncertainty, helping them to drive meaningful change and build high-performing teams without burning themselves out. I bring a unique blend of strategic insight, practical tools and frameworks to all of my engagements. My work integrates the science of human behavior, leadership, emotional intelligence, and neuroscience with the wisdom of mind-body practices.

My approach to coaching and consulting is rooted in three core principles: presence, deep listening, and co-creation. Together, these principles represent a way of being that creates the conditions for clarity, insight, and meaningful change.
Presence
I show up fully for each conversation, and I support my clients in doing the same. In a world full of distractions, learning to root in the present moment is a powerful leadership practice. It sharpens focus, strengthens relationships, and reveals what truly matters.
Deep Listening
Every interaction begins and ends with listening. Not just hearing—but attuning to what’s said, what’s unsaid, and what’s underneath. I am committed to meeting clients where they are, so we can work on what’s most relevant and real right now. This helps us stay grounded in priorities, while also leaving room for new perspectives to emerge.
Co-Creation
Coaching isn’t about offering quick fixes or prescribing a canned approach. It’s about working together to uncover the insights, strategies, and next steps that feel true to you. I bring structure, tools, and perspective. We'll both bring our wisdom and lived experience. Together, we’ll create a path forward that is aligned, authentic, and actionable.
